Sharon Lane
Sharon Lane is an independent talent manager, film producer, and acting coach. As President of Lane Management Group, Inc., she has developed actors and produced content for network television and studio films for over 20 years. Lane launched the careers of numerous A-list talent and secured dozens of series regular roles on various networks and numerous starring roles in studio films. She also helmed the award winning production of "Canvas" starring Marcia Gay Harden and Joe Pantoliano, where she handled the film's development, and worked as the lead producer.
Lane maintains an exclusive list of approximately 25 clients in Los Angeles, with an average period of representation exceeding 8 years. Her past and present development clients include: Megan Fox (Transformers), Chyler Leigh (Grey's Anatomy), Matthew Cohen (Supernatural / General Hospital), Shannon Woodward (Raising Hope), Julie Gonzalo (Dallas), Cameron Monaghan (Shameless), Spencer Locke (Resident Evil), Savannah Stehlin (Family Stone), CJ Valleroy (Unbroken / TNT's 2015 pilot Lumen), and Cindy Luna (NBC's The InBetween).
Lane began her work in the entertainment industry in front of the camera, followed by advertising, television production, and later independent film development. She first began managing talent through the representation of music video directors, and by 1995, Lane rejuvenated her passion for acting, and opened Young Actors Studio, Inc. in Miami FL, where she began training and developing young talent for careers in the entertainment industry. By 1999, Lane consolidated her experience and knowledge and formed Lane Management Group, Inc., a boutique talent management company based in Los Angeles, CA.
